Ajebo meets kpako – American-based Nigerian children walk funny on sand in the village in viral video

The footage of young children who thought it odd to walk on a sandy road sparked reactions among netizens.

The kids found the soil unusual and continued raising their legs in a video that @lobbymusa shared on TikTok.

In the video released by their mother, the little girls said they were getting dirty which was amusing.

One of the two children took off her shoes and probed the sand with her bare feet as though inspecting it.

Their actions showed that they had grown up in a community with paved streets.

Na ajebo dey worry them

Their mother said that the children travelled to Nigeria to make her seem bad as they struggled to adapt to the new environment.

While some Nigerians were confused by the children’s behavior, others realized that they were simply young youngsters who may have grown up elsewhere without sand.

@Evey said: “When they are at the beach don’t they walk on sand? So why walking on sand in Africa seems strange? Wuna rest abeg.”

@SabiNkosiyezulu1111 commented: “Nigeria is village and you can see they from suburbs.”

@Angel Ndimande said: “Jesus why are people so worked up, she’s just sharing her kids experiences. Grown adults even getting pressed over babies. Do better.”

@tumza commented: “Is there no soil where they come from?”
