He noted that technology has fostered a sense of independence, leading to a decline in the longevity of marriages.

In the past, families would thoroughly investigate the background of potential spouses before marriage, considering factors such as family history and experience.

However, these practices have diminished in importance among today’s youth. The lack of proper investigations and checks before marriage is cited as a significant factor contributing to the shorter lifespan of modern marriages.

Apostle Suleman expressed his concern over the decline in the duration of marriages, emphasizing that in the era of “love,” marriages struggle to last beyond three years, whereas, in the past, they could endure for 50 years.
