BBNaija’s Tacha, in a voice tweet, begged Twitter CEO Elon Musk to return her blue verification badge amidst hot tears.
On Wednesday, 19th April, Twitter’s official account announced the removal of the blue verification badge from users. As announced months ago, users who wanted the badge were asked to pay $8 monthly to get and keep it.
The changes were enforced on Thursday, 20th April, and led to an outcry from the BBNaija celebrity.

The No Leave No Transfer CEO captioned the tweet “Elon Musk where’s my verification ooh.” She spilled that the removal of the badge was having an adverse effect on her sleep, feeding, respiration, and existence altogether.
In her own words, she said, “I am nobody without the verification.”

BBNaija’s Leo tackles those who criticize people with rich parents
Meanwhile, BBNaija’s Leo Dasilva admonished Nigerians to stop talking down on people with rich parents. He said that it isn’t a crime for one to come from a rich family.
He stressed that people shouldn’t criticize others for having their family’s support and financial input.
There had been cases where most people feel that some others shouldn’t have gotten to the level they got to if not with the support of rich parents.
