Céline Dion Cancels World Tour Due to Neurological Disorder

Famous Canadian musician, Céline Dion, has cancelled all her upcoming 2023 and 2024 world tours over a battle with a neurological disorder.

In December 2022, Dion publicly revealed that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), an incurable condition characterized by uncontrollable muscle stiffness.

In a statement posted on her Twitter account, Dion expressed her regret and offered refunds to those who had purchased tickets.

She acknowledged the disappointment her fans would feel but emphasized the importance of prioritizing her health.

I’m so sorry to disappoint all of you once again,” Dion’s statement read. “And even though it breaks my heart, it’s best that we cancel everything until I’m really ready to be back on stage. I’m not giving up, and I can’t wait to see you again.”

The singer’s decision reflects her determination to focus on her well-being and take the necessary time to recover.
