Fancy Acholonu has finally opened up in detail about why she ended her 5-year relationship with the popular actor, Alexx Ekubo.
In a recent interview with popular Nigerian blogger, Stella Dimoko Korkus, Fancy Acholonu discloses that one of the major reasons she ended her relationship with Alexx Ekubo was because he refused to sleep with her and rather advised her to sleep with other men instead.
She said, “One major red flag that made me devastated was that he told me he won’t sleep with me but I should go and sleep with other men. Imagine telling that to your fiancée that has kept herself for you for 5 years. At that moment I realized he didn’t truly love me. It started going downhill from there. Emotional abuse.”

Was this the major reason for their breakup?
Fancy pointed out that Alexx refused to get intimate with her during the course of their 5-year relationship, citing religion as his reason.
Although, Fancy agreed she was fine with it as she claimed she was “inexperienced” before the relationship. But that was just one of the many faults the actor had that led to the breakup.
Many netizens have jumped to a conclusion with this claim, suggesting that maybe the actor, Alexx Ekubo is truly homos3xual.
However, his sister, Ifeoma seems to have debunked Fancy’s claim about their non-s3xual lifestyle as she claimed they have both shared intimate moments.
Fancy claimed it was once and it was their first time. Also, it happened after the breakup.
But, what really happened?
In the interview, she told Stella that, Alexx Ekubo is a narcissist, who emotionally and verbally abused her.
“Stella, I had several reasons why I broke up with him. Alexx is extremely narcissistic. The charming personality he shows to everyone was not who he was to me. Behind those smiles in our happy photos, he was always lying, cheating, and gaslighting me. The day after we got engaged, it became worse. He then became more controlling, and verbally abusive. We argued so much and it was close to becoming physical, I was scared of his rage. I told my sister and documented it for record sake in case anything happened. I can’t begin to give details of everything that went wrong for me to call it off.“
She had no choice but to end the relationship and make a public statement about it.
Although she regretted her choice of words, she also told Stella during the interview, that if Alexx had privately been available to discuss their already sinking relationship, she would not have made a public announcement.
She further explained how Alexx cheated on her and used her innocence to his advantage on social media which made her look like the bad person whilst he is indeed at fault.

Earlier this week, Fancy Acholonu, the ex-fiiancee of the popular actor, Alexx Ekubo accused him of manipulation and promised to expose his lies. Netizens express shock over the new turn of events between the duo.
She also claimed that he has been trying to ruin her reputation and focused her to publicly apologise. She further said that was just to sastify his own ego but for her, it has been depressing getting blamed for his lies and inadequacies.
