Popular Nollywood actor, Kunle Remi sparked debate on social media after admitting he doesn’t understand why female actors perform better than their male counterparts.
Kunle Remi revealed that most of these actresses led comfortable lives and are wealthier than actors in an interview for the podcast “The Honest Bunch.”
Kunle Remi said an actress who was not playing an active role would pull up to a movie shoot in an expensive car.

However, someone who was acting as a lead role would arrive at a movie set with their average car.
Kunle Remi shared that people constantly wondered what the actresses did differently that made them richer than male performers.
They claim to have multiple streams of income
He maintained that he was confident and never felt intimidated by those things.
Remi went on to clarify that some of these actors lie and claim that they sell hair and have other streams of income but it’s only verbal and do not understand the conversation at hand.
He continued by saying that young people entering the film industry with the purpose of working hard to make money will discover that it is actually the opposite.
His opinion pulled the attention of many social media users who expressed their own opinions.
