A leaked chat between Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci, and a brand has surfaced online after the chef was called out over alleged unruly behaviour.

According to the brand, Baci was contracted to attend an event for which she was compensated with N3 million.

However, mere hours before the scheduled event, she abruptly cancelled her participation and publicly denied any knowledge of the engagement.

In response, the brand management expressed their anger and highlighted the negative impact her actions had on their reputation.

It should be noted that just days prior, Baci had disavowed any association with the brand when criticized for charging N25,000 for a meet-and-greet session.

Defending herself, Baci explained that she had requested the brand’s bank details in order to issue them a refund, but they refused to provide the information.

She also asserted that she had initially expressed her discomfort with charging her fans for a meet and greet, indicating a disagreement from the beginning.

To substantiate her claims and accuse the brand of irresponsibility, Hilda Baci decided to release the chat conversation she had with them.
