Forty-six-year-old comedian and actress, Chioma Omeruah, popularly known as Chigul has proudly revealed that she got married as a virgin at age 33
The amazing comedian revealed that she never defiled herself until her wedding day.
However, the devastating thing is that the marriage crashed a year later.

She made this revelation while commenting on a post by Basketmouth’s ex-wife, Elise’s post.
Stop marriage-shaming women
Elsie had posted on her page advising Nigerians to stop “marriage-shaming” women which caused Chigul to react.
In her words:
We were not perfect, there were good days I won’t lie. It just got to a place where we both didn’t care anymore. I have been made to believe that it was my job to keep that afloat and the fact that it sank, I take on my head.
Would I have changed anything about it? No, because it happened for a reason. I’m happy it happened at one year with no children and no attachments. I married at 33, I married a virgin. That was my first ever anything and it was supposed to be special and last“

Lady divorces husband for demanding her inheritance
Meanwhile, a 4-month-old marriage crashed because of a tussle for inheritance willed to the wife by her father.
The lady divorced her husband after demanding to have full ownership of her real estate inheritance as head of the house.
The property which was a beautiful mansion in Ikoyi was asked to be handed over to her husband as submission to the man being the head of the family but she chose to divorce him rather than let go of her inheritance.
