Veteran actress and singer, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde shared her past about how she could have been a prostitute after her father died.
The mother of four revealed this in a chat with Chude Jidenwo, a media personality adding that she was very close to her late father, and his death really affected her life.
According to Omotola, her father, who she lost at the young age of 12 when she was schooling in Kaduna, made her emotionless, and nothing anyone says to her moves her.
She added that she could have ended up as a prostitute because she was desperate when her father died.
“It dawned on me that I lost my dad, and I didn’t know how to process it, I was numb, I chose to become emotionless and it has affected me till today, there’s hardly anything you say to me that can move me, I am so confident that you no reach,” Omotola said.
“I don’t fear for my life, I probably would have become a prostitute, because i was that desperate, I got to a point that I said I would rather sell my body than for anyone to take my brothers apart,” she states.

Meanwhile, Nollywood actress, Allwell Ademola took to social media to lament her continuous ‘mistaken identity’ by Nigerians.
Allwell claimed that although she doesn’t extend her issues to social media, people kept confusing her for celebrities like Tiwa Savage and Simi celebrities.
In a video posted on Instagram, the actress expressed frustration that netizens keep mistaking her for other artistes.
