I was ugly growing up and got bullied for it – Actress Beverly Naya

Popular Nollywood actress, Beverly Naya disclosed that she was bullied as a child for not being beautiful.

In an interview with Chude, she shared that her appearances affected her as a schoolgirl in her formative years.

The actress revealed that she had skin problems and crooked teeth which caused her classmates to make fun of her.

She explained that she was trolled for being ugly and when she became beautiful, she was still bullied for it.

She said: “I used to get called ‘snakeskin, buck teeth, light bulb head, football legs’. Just different kinds of stuff and then I just blossomed.”

My skin cleared, I got braces, and I just kind of blossomed and I started to kind of feel beautiful for the first time in my life around 16.”

I think I probably was owning it a bit too much for some people in my school. I got bullied for that and it really broke me.”

Meanwhile, screen diva, Esther Nwachukwu revealed that married men are the sweetest on earth. 

This is because they would give the side chic all the attention she needs.

In the trending video that has ignited much criticism from netizens, she seemed to be defending side chics.
