Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, aka K1 De Ultimate, has appealed to President Bola Tinubu to grant a pardon to Sunday Adeyemo, the embattled Yoruba Nation agitator known as Igboho.
The plea aims to facilitate Igboho’s return to Nigeria.
The musician further called for dialogue between regional agitators and their respective leaders.

Igboho was arrested by Interpol in July 2021 in the Benin Republic after evading capture by the Nigerian Department of State Services (DSS).
He had been declared wanted by the DSS for alleged weapon stockpiling.

Although released in March 2022 for medical treatment, Igboho remains restricted to Cotonou, Benin Republic.
