- She narrated the story of her friend who found out that her boyfriend while she was dating her was engaged to a rich woman.

A Nigerian lady has caused a buzz in the social space after she asserted that women are not the only ones who want to marry rich partners.
In a Tweet made by @diaryofa9jagirl, the young woman narrated how one of her friend’s boyfriend broke up with her because he met a richer girlfriend.
According to her, her friend and the unidentified man had been dating for a while, and her friend had assumed he was her ‘happy ever after’.

However, the young man proved her wrong when she found out that while he was dating her that he was already engaged to a richer girl.
In his defense, the new girl he got engaged to “suited the plans he had for his life” leaving the lady distraught.
Using this as a case study, @diaryofa9jagirl stressed that men too marry for money and not only women.
