The Nigerian Airforce (NAF) reportedly killed notorious terrorist Ali Dogo and 30 of his men in Kaduna State.
The strike was reportedly initiated by the Air Component of Operation Whirl Punch on Saturday, October 8, in Giwa Local Government Area of the state.
Battabox gathered that Dogo and his accomplices escaped Niger State to Giwa Local Government Area in Kaduna after intensified airstrikes raided their former hideout.

It was revealed that the terrorists hid in one Alhaji Gwarzo’s residence in the Giwa council area before they were blown out.
A Battabox source quoted the military saying:
Unfortunately for Yellow and his fighters, while they were having a meeting, NAF aircraft struck Alhaji Gwarzo’s house, leaving everybody in the building dead including Yellow,” the newspaper quoted the military source as saying.

Battabox also gathered that other airstrikes were targeted at the terrorists’ location 33km North-west of Mando in Kaduna which also resulted in the death of several terrorists.
Following credible intelligence of terrorist leaders and their foot soldiers converging under tree covers at the location for a meeting, the location was struck with several terrorists killed

Nigerian Air Force’s spokesperson, Edward Gabkwet, confirmed that the Air Component will follow the directive of the Chief of Air Staff, Oladayo Amao, to continue the offensive and clear out the terrorists.
The Air Component will continue to sustain offensive operations against these criminal elements in collaboration with the Land Component and other security agencies to rid the Joint Operations Area and indeed the entire Northwest of terrorism and other acts of criminality
