Recall that pump price of fuel skyrocketed to N612 per litre after President Bola Tinubu removed subsidy from petrol.
Consequently, the price of foodstuffs and cost of living generally increased in the country.
Also the government has plans of removing the subsidy in electricity after they increase the cost per electricity tariff.
