A Nigerian lady has broken down in tears after discovering that she and her fiance both have AS genotype.
In a TikTok video, the lady was responding to a social media challenge on what the year 2022 has taken away from her.
She revealed that she and her fiance got engaged and even had their traditional wedding ceremony without knowing their genotype.

The lady, identified as Bella Rukky, added picture evidence of her traditional wedding as proof of what she was saying.
However, it was unclear whether the couple had done a white wedding in church.
While reacting to the video, many netizens slammed the couple for going all the way without doing due diligence.
One @Ologhetetina said, “The time you supposed to ask the question, shawarma and barbecue and Hollandia yoghurt no let you ask ???,” while @Boss Onoskly believes the couple can still be together but should visit their doctor for the latest way to have kids as AS partners.
However, one @Peacefulcy said, “Please, if d both of u don’t have a child together yet, just leave please d safety of ur unborn kids matters besides u are not officially married.”

Meanwhile, Battabox.com previously reported that a 20-year-old Nigerian man announced his divorce from his 17-year-old wife after just eight months of marriage.
In a TikTok video, the young man explained that it was better to remain single than remain married to his ex-wife.
“It is better to be single than to be with someone like her. So that is why I came out to let everyone know we are no longer together,” he said.
