A Nigerian cleric, Evangelist Gospel Agochukwu dropped some nuggets for a successful marriage on his Facebook.
In the post, he emphasized the need for young couples to be away from family members, especially siblings to build a solid foundation.
He advised that married couples whose marriage was not older than 7 years should have extended family members leave their house at once.

He noted that although the decision seemed wicked, it was important for the union’s progress.
The evangelist shared that the first seven years served as a test run for marriage perfection and external people would alter the progress.
Some people agreed with his ideas, however, not all social media users agreed with his opinion on the matter.
Philip Olasanmi said: “Wisdom! This is absolutely true bcos the two of you are just bonding, and bonding takes time and requires adequate knowledge. Only the married can understand.”
Udeme James wrote: “Women will concur to this post. “You are right” and bla bla blah….How about those who are orphans and are living with their elder siblings who are married? They should be jettisoned and stranded because you want sustainable peace in the marriage?”
Ben O Ben commented: “Having a long essay to justify our wrong actions of yesterday isn’t Honourable at all. If you respect your marriage, millions under your roof will learn from you and vice versa.”
