Popular Lebanese chef reveals motivation for moving to Nigeria

Famous Lebanese chef, Mohammad Baydoun well known as Amazing Chef has disclosed his motivation for leaving his native Lebanon to work in Nigeria.

Amazing Chef said that he moved to Nigeria, specifically Lagos, after obtaining a job offer in a recent interview with The Guardian.

He claims that the reason he adores Nigeria is that he can relate to the vibrant energy of Nigerians.

In his words:

“I moved to Lagos because I got a job offer. I like the vibe and the country. It has this amazing vibe, and I have what it takes to match the energy”.

When asked why he liked working in Nigeria, he responded

 “I like to work in Nigeria because it has good soil, air, and water, which helps to grow amazing fruit and vegetables, and they also have amazing meats.”

Kenyan chef dares to break Hilda Baci’s cooking record

Meanwhile, Kenyan chef Maliha Mohammed took to social media to seek donations ahead of her upcoming cook-a-thon trial on May 26, 2023.

On her Instagram page, the mother of two appealed for monetary contributions and other forms of support from the general public. Maliha shared her account details, specifying that all cash donations will be used for her preparation and overall expenses.

With the aim of breaking two Guinness World Records, including one set by Hilda Baci, she plans to donate the food cooked during the trial to a women’s empowerment company.
