Popular Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has denied the claim that she started dating her husband while he was with his ex-wife.
This reaction came in response to a post from another tweeter user who accused her of dating her husband, Fidelis, while he was still with his previous wife.
The tweeter user shared the post to her followers on Tuesday, December 27, mentioning actresses like Mercy Johnson, Rosy Meurer, Judy and Rita Dominic, describing Rita Dominic and Meurer as “the perfect-side-chick”

“Rita Dominic was dating Fide while man was still with his last wife. Meurer was dating Churchill while Churchill was married to Tonto. Ifeoma has been dating Paul Okoye since 2020. Mercy Johnson was dating Prince, & Ruth his wife was crying. Lol. Judy is actually a nice learner,” @ButterBabe_ wrote.
The star actress got married to Fidelis Anosike, the founder of Folio Group and publisher of Daily Times Newspaper, in April, but by May, there were rumours that the union was in crisis over grounds of infidelity.
Terrible lies for gullible people
Reacting with a tweet, Rita dismissed the allegation, calling it “terrible lies”.
She said:
“People are celebrating the birth of Christ while this guttersnipe is on Twitter making up terrible lies to feed gullible people”
