Nigerian artiste, Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, popularly known as Spyro has taken to social media to talk about collaborating with fellow artiste, Portable.
The music genius in a recent interview with Cool FM, Lagos, publicly stated his position towards recording a song with portable.
The show host, Do2tun asked the fast-rising singer, “Who’s that artiste you can’t do music with?”

According to him, the zazu master is the one musician he can’t find himself collaborating with.
He wouldn’t be able to play it well
He strongly asserted that the main reason for his position was their divergent musical tastes. Implying that if he wrote a song for Portable, he wouldn’t be able to play it well.
In his words:
“Not because I have an issue with him but because our paths just don’t cross. Our kind of music don’t align. He won’t be able to deliver the kind of music I will write for him because it’s not its style,”
Again, when asked if he thinks Portable is a good singer, Spyro replied, “I think Portable is good. It’s intentional when people do the type of music portable does.”

In another news , popular street artiste, Portable, has publicly expressed his disappointment and criticism towards his colleague Spyro after the latter declined a collaboration with him.
In a video shared online, Portable emphasized that Spyro, who is still considered an upcoming artist, should display humility in his interactions.
He strongly condemned Spyro’s refusal to collaborate based on the difference in their musical styles.
