- A well-known Nigerian Catholic priest,Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, has expressed his thoughts on vasectomy and claimed that it does not stop a guy from cheating.
- The Gambia-based missionary priest wrote on Facebook on Wednesday, June 28, that the church does not promote vasectomy and that it is not a cure for adultery or s3xually transmitted diseases.
- He went on to say that it might even result in more cheating.
Famous Nigerian Catholic priest, Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, has expressed his thoughts on vasectomy and claimed that it does not stop a guy from cheating.
On June 28, a missionary priest from the Gambia who is living in the United States said on Facebook that the church does not promote vasectomy and that it is not a cure for infidelity or STDs.
He added that it can potentially result in more dishonest behavior.

Vasectomy is not a remedy for a man who cheats
In his words:
“This is just for knowledge’s sake since most of you are asking questions about vasectomy. Note: the church is against it. And it is not a solution for a man who cheats or STD. In fact, it makes him want to cheat more.”
A vasectomy is a medical procedure for men that offers long-term birth control. Cutting or closing the vas deferens tubes, which transport sperm from the testicles, is required. By obstructing the vas deferens, conception is prevented because sperm and semen cannot combine during ejaculation. The technique, which is carried out under local anaesthesia, is regarded as secure and efficient.
At the same time, businesswoman and reality TV personality Lucy Edet has posted an open message to her prospective spouse on social media.
She advised him to prepare for a vasectomy since, after they are married, he won’t be able to resist her body and will crave intimacy constantly.
Lucy claims that due to their regular s3xual contact, her husband should have his tubes sealed in order to prevent her from becoming pregnant again.
She said in a post that was uploaded on her Instagram story,
“Dear future husband, you’re in soup. You’ll have to get vasectomy because I promise you, keeping your hands off me go hard wella.”
