A Nigerian man made a tweet saying that it was almost impossible to fix matrimonial issues outside the home.
Aside from his personal view, research shows that once a party leaves, bringing them back wasn’t guaranteed.
He also noted that if the issue at home wasn’t life threatening, then it should be resolved immediately.
Agba added that it was very necessary to deal with issues at the grassroot stage because stepping out of it would make it hard to fix.
He wrote: “You can never fix a matrimonial issue when you are out of your matrimonial home. If your life is not threatened, stay in it and resolve it. Stepping out of it for a long time will give room for lots of insecurities, trust issues and opportunities for unhealthy comparisons. End.”
