- Godwin reveals his intention to cook for 150 hours by breaking Chef Dammy and Hilda Baci’s record.
- He defended that he could cook for 6 days and 6 hours without any problem because it was not his first time.

Nigerians seemed to be deadset on penning their name down in the historical Book, Guinness Records as a young Nigerian man stepped up to reveal that he was also embarking on his own 150 hours cook-a-thon challenge.
The man identified as Godwin Eme in an interview with Legit.ng confessed that he has been cooking all his life and is confident that he would set and break a new record as a chef with the longest cooking time in history.
His determination is coming after Hilda Baci was certified by the Guinness World Records for finally being the newest holder of the longest cooking marathon (individual).

Following that, Chef Dammy, a 300-level FUOYE student just completed her 120 hours cook-a-thon.
Godwin Eme stated that his aim was cooking for 150 hours and he was sure he can do it. According to him, he had once cooked for 3-4 days straight, hence, cooking for 6 days and 6 hours was not difficult for him.
Taking to his Facebook page, the man revealed the venue and time of his 150 hours cook-a-thon as he urged Nigerians to come and support him.

I’m frying for 130 hours – Nigerian woman begins fry-a-thon
Meanwhile, a Nigerian woman has shared that she is about to embark on her own fry-a-thon which she is going to do for 130 hours.
The woman identified as Ezinne Okoye took to Facebook to ask for support as she revealed that she is about to start her own frying for 130 hours.
This is coming as a result of Chef Dammy who decided to cook for 120 hours to surpass Hilda Baci’s record of over 100 hours.
