Hendrick Chebanga is a 30-year-old Zimbabwean native and lacks tertiary education and a formal career and moved to South Africa in pursuit of a better life.
When he began creating and selling toy automobiles, his story changed and thereafter went on to graduate and take on more enormous undertakings.
Hendrick completed many other incredible projects that have garnered a lot of attention.
In addition, his outstanding work on a helicopter earned him the nickname “Helicopter Man” in his neighborhood.
His tale is both painful and motivational. Despite his challenges, he created a helicopter, not one that can fly, but one that aviation specialists noticed.
Chebanga methodically constructed a life-size model of a police helicopter in his backyard out of corrugated iron and other scrap metal.
