The drama involving Halima Abubakar and Apostle Suleman Johnson, Founder of Omega Fire Ministries International, has taken a different turn as the pastor officially filed a lawsuit.
The man of God brought Abubakar before Justice through his legal advisors, Ephesus Lex Attorneys & Solicitors. J. Enobie Obanor of the Federal Capital Territory’s High Court in the Abuja Judicial Division.
According to Premium Times, Suleman filed the lawsuit against her in October 2022 for alleged defamation, and the court case will begin on March 25th.

Gistlover and Apostle Suleman
It was his first public reaction to the situation since it came to light in July 2022, when Gistlover made a post connecting her alleged ongoing affair with the Apostle to the fibroid surgery she underwent.
The actress reportedly had a live video with the blogger and confirmed the allegations against the Apostle.
The Apostle requested a declaration that her publication was defamatory and 1 Billion Naira for damages.

Halima Abubakar accuses Apostle Suleman of getting her pregnant
In another news, Halima Abubakar accused the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) of luring her to commit abortions while their romantic relationship lasted.
Halima disclosed during an interview that she dated Apostle Suleman for six years and that the popular pastor cried ‘crocodile tears’ when she lost the first pregnancy.
The brand influencer and entertainer said she suffered a lot of bleeding during her last pregnancy and had to take medication to stop the flow.
