A Nigerian student, Ahamba Bestman, posted pictures of the $100 note that his landlord gave him as a thank-you gift on social media.
The 23-year-old student claimed via his Facebook page that the landlord, who had just returned from the US, gave him the dollar bill on the morning of January 22.
He stated that his landlord told him that he heard good things about how he took care of his property while he was away.

You’re my son and brother and not just tenant
The landlord was happy and told him that he would no longer be treated as a tenant but as a son and brother after noticing how well he maintained the compound like it was his father’s home.
The landlord also praised Bestman’s father for teaching him good morals.
Bestman’s post read:
“So my landlord came back from the states ?? and this morning he said Bestman I’ve heard a lot about how you take care of my compound like your fathers house, you’re therefore my son and brother and not just tenant.”
