In light of this development, Charly Boy expressed his observations regarding the relative merits of the two leaders’ terms.

President Tinubu had disclosed plans to provide 8,000 Naira per month to 12 million vulnerable households as a measure to alleviate the impact of the fuel subsidy removal by the federal government.

However, Charly criticized the government for allocating a mere 8,000 Naira monthly to the suffering masses while earmarking 70 billion Naira for fewer than 500 National Assembly members.

In a tweet, Charly questioned the leadership’s decision-making, expressing his concern over the stark contrast between the welfare of ordinary Nigerians and the allocation of funds.

Charly Boy pondered whether there was still hope for the common people, noting that the eight-year tenure of Buhari seemed more favourable compared to Tinubu’s 60 days in office.
