- According to a report from Punch, the news of the demise of Mr. Kunle Okuneye was made public by the first son, Debola Okuneye.
He disclosed that the father passed on this morning and preparation is underway to arrange his burial.

A friend and coworker of the deceased, who goes by the name Lastborn, also confirmed the news to be true.
He affirmed that the deceased will be buried at 4 p.m. today in accordance with Islamic customs.
He said, “Yes, you saw it. It’s true, he will be buried by 4 pm today,” Lastborn confirmed.
