Fancy Acholonu, the ex-fiancee of the popular Nigerian actor, Alexx Ekubo, has finally responded to the rumors of his gay status.
In an interview with journalist Stella, she publicly declared that she has never in her life called Alexx gay.
His s3xuality was never the reason she broke up with him. To her, she claimed she can never out someone for their s3xuality as it is not in her place to do so.

“I want everyone to please note that I never in my life publicly called Alexx gay. I will never out someone if they were; it’s not in my place... His s3xuality is not the reason I broke up with him. I’m very open-minded so regardless of what he prefers, love is love for me,” she said.
This rumor first circulated after she made their breakup publicly known last year. She said everyone should live their truth and find happiness.
This led to the rumor as netizens argued the statement’s intent was about his s3xuality. She acknowledged that her choice of words might have led to the misinterpretation.

Fancy Acholonu disclosed that one of the major reasons she ended her relationship with Alexx Ekubo was that he refused to sleep with her.
