She expressed her distress on social media regarding his controlling conduct in regard to her online interactions.
On social media, she sought opinions from other married individuals, questioning if her husband’s demand to unfollow certain individuals on social media was a common occurrence in marriages.

In a state of distress, the woman raised concerns about whether it was acceptable for a spouse to dictate how one should handle their finances together with how he dictates whom she should follow on social media.
In her own words, she said, “I want to know from married people oh, is this how controlling men are in other marriages or it’s just mine?
Ok, does your partner have the right to tell you who to follow and who not to follow on social media? Becoz it’s now becoming a thing.”
