Famous Nigerian singer and star, Burna Boy, slammed social media for calling him out on matters concerning the 2023 election.
One critic, identified as Ayodeji Rotinwa on Instagram, threw shades at Burna boy for not picking a side during the 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.
Burna boy fired back at the Nigerian. He stated that he had contributed more to Nigeria than all 3 presidential candidates.

I am not a political activist
The critic was really disappointed in Burna boy for not supporting a candidate or spurring youths to vote in the elections.
He also added that Burna boy was expected to do these because he had benefited from Nigerians, especially when it came to his songs.
Burna replied that he isn’t a political activist and that his songs never support politics but speak against bad rulers and occurrences in the nation.
The public conversation between these two didn’t end well as no one refused to back down from the other.

In other news, popular Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Damini Ebunoluwa, professionally known as Burna Boy, reimbursed a journalist who broke her camera in Paris.
The Panasonic GH6 camera, which was reported to be worth $2,000, was broken by an intern journalist while she was rushing to interview Burna Boy. Burna Boy noticed the occurrence and instructed his accountant to give the journalist some money to get herself a new camera
