Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is not new the world of activism through journalism, as she has always lent her voice to call out numerous injustice ranging from feminism, patriarchy and now Nigeria’s political situation.
Her article explains the thuggery, electoral malpractice and disenfranchisement that happened on the February 25th.

She categorically explained that the elections and the results were all shambolic and shouldn’t be used to determine Nigeria’s presidency.
She admonished the US government not to condescend and support evil but rather help Nigeria move forward with its best candidate.
