Davido, known for his digital approach to music production, revealed that he had to deviate from his usual recording process for the collaboration track ‘Na Money’ with The Cavemen and Grammy-winning Beninese icon, Angélique Kidjo.
Due to The Cavemen’s preference for live recording, Davido embraced the opportunity to record the song live.
While acknowledging his desire to win a Grammy, Davido emphasized that his primary focus when creating the ‘Timeless’ album was to stay true to himself and deliver a project that emanated happiness and authenticity.
He stated, “If I win a Grammy, I will be happy, but I didn’t make this album [Timeless] because I wanted to win anything.
