The popular Nigerian singer, has revealed the true reason behind his date with Florence, the lady he met at Davido’s ‘Timeless’ concert.
Despite facing threats from Florence’s alleged boyfriend, the singer took her on a boat cruise to help her overcome her depression.

After noticing Florence’s gesture towards him during his performance, the singer announced on social media that he wanted to meet her and tasked his team with finding her.
Upon discovering that Florence had been struggling with depression, Iyanya’s team brought her to Lagos to help her overcome her struggles.
The singer discovered that Florence had dreams of becoming an influencer, and in order to assist her with creating content, he gifted her with a brand new iPhone.
He emphasized that his intentions were pure and that he only brought Florence to Lagos to help her find happiness.
