JAMB finally reveals Ejikeme joy’s original score

  • The exam organisation claimed that candidates and their purported sponsors defraud Nigerians by making claims about having exceptional results or having achieved the highest score in the UTME by using a certain piece of software.

The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) result slip for Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma has been made available to the public by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) 2023 score fraud was just made public by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

According to the testing organisation, candidates and their suspected sponsors defraud Nigerians by making claims about having exceptional results or having scored the highest possible on the UTME by using a certain piece of software.

JAMB mentioned two candidates: Miss Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma, who claimed to have scored 362 and Atung Gerald from Kaduna state, who claimed to have scored 380 in the UTME but hadn’t obtained the documentation for the test or took it.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, July 2nd, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) issued a statement revealing that a female student named Ejikeme Mmesoma had manipulated her result and falsely declared herself as the highest scorer in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

According to an announcement made by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Sunday, contrary to her claims of achieving a score of 362, Mmesoma’s actual score in the examination was 249.

Additionally, it has been reported that Mmesoma had received a scholarship from Innoson Motors based on her falsely claimed score. The Anambra State government had also intended to honor her before the truth of her inflated result was uncovered.
