Edo Government honors LASU’s Star Girl, Aminat Yusuf, who Had 5.0 CGPA as recognition of her achievements
In another news, LASU, for the first time in its 40 years history, produced its first graduate with a perfect score of 5.00 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). The LASU graduate who set the new academic record is Yusuf Aminat Imoitesemeh from the Faculty of Lagos.
In a recent announcement, Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State revealed that his government has granted Aminat Yusuf automatic employment as a recognition of her achievements.
The governor shared this news on his verified Twitter account on Thursday, June 29. As reported by The Cable, Yusuf will receive a monthly up-keep allowance equivalent to the salary of a state counsel, which amounts to approximately N200,000.
