Meet talented Nigerian man that designs Formula 1 cars

Dr Idris Ahmed is a talented Nigerian-born United Kingdom-based man that designs Formula 1 cars. The self-described “orphan, Aboki, Almajiri, Fulani herdsman, hails from Mubu, Adamawa State in North-eastern Nigeria.

The mathematics guru who has developed 4 patented devices, currently works as the Lead Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover cybersecurity department.

Apart from dealing with the engineering of Formula 1 cars and Jaguar, Dr. Idris is also a CEO and a lecturer.

He is part of about 4000 design engineers working over 4 years to design a new car.

Currently, He wields a PhD in Cryptology (Mathematical science of designing and breaking computer security systems). His name is set in history as the first Blackman to have a PhD in Cryptology.

Jaguar Land Rover, does not only make some of the best luxury cars in the world, they also design and manufacture Formula sports cars. Dr. Idris’ role in the design of cars is to design its cybersecurity system.

In one of his Facebook posts, he said:

“Note that the total basic expenditure of a Formula 1 car is about $15.52 million. For an orphaned, Almajiri, Aboki, Fulani Herdsman to have made it this far, you too can make it! I hope you have been inspired by this. Happy Iftar folks.”

Talented Nigerian man uses 17,800 plastic bottles to builds 3-bedroom apartment

In a similar story, a creative Nigerian man has shocked netizens with his innovative idea after he built a three-bedroom apartment with 17,800 plastic bottles.

The man named Engr Yahaya Ahmed is the director of a non-governmental organization, Developmental Association of Renewable Energies in Nigeria (DARE), and the innovative house was to encourage Nigerians to recycle wastes.

The Civil Engineer explained that waste recycling helps to ensure a safer environment and will also create more jobs in Nigeria.
