A Nigerian man who has been living in the UK has returned to reconcile with his mum, who sells beans cake, after many years of not speaking to her.
The abroad-based man identified as Destiny was featured in an interview with TikTok content producer, Ayoms revealing why he decided to abandon his mother.
In the video, Destiny explained that when he got to the United Kingdom, he followed his friend to his church, where he met a pastor.

He mentioned that the “man of God” said negative things about his mum that forced him to stop reaching out to her.
“When I got there I followed one of my guy to his church, so the man of God actually twisted my mind against my mum. It hasn’t been easy, he said so many things about my mum I couldn’t place my hands on. For five years that I’ve been away, I couldn’t talk to my mum i haven’t been able to reach out to her,” he said.
I had a dream about my mum fighting for me
According to him, he had issues with the UK officials and was locked up, and when he was in jail, he had a dream about his mum, which then made him decide to find her.
“I was locked up they seized my properties and papers which I knew it was not ordinary. In the prison, I dreamt and saw my mum fighting for me and praying, the shocking thing is that she was fighting and holding onto my papers,” he replied after the producer asked him why he decided to reconcile with his mum.
The young man added that he cried bitterly after he woke up, and surprisingly, the next morning, he was suddenly released and could not even pinpoint what happened.
Destiny then determined that he was going to reconcile with his mum adding that he has made it in life and is capable to take care of her. He and @theayoms crew drove to the mother’s location and saw his mother selling akara.
The young Nigerian man was overwhelmed and tore the place down, exclaiming that he is now successful and she doesn’t need to be doing such business.
The mother and son gave each other a tight hug and cried tears of joy for finally seeing each other after many years.

Emotional single father raising child alone cries out
Meanwhile, a single father abandoned by his kid’s mother to raise their child alone has voiced his struggles on social media.
The man, identified as @rohanbinhussein, revealed that it had not been an easy task having to raise his son alone.
The young man is searching for someone to assist him in taking good care of his son so he can resume work.
