Nigerian Lady finally opens up after leaving cheating husband

A Nigerian lady who divorced her cheating husband after only 10 months of marriage has warned other women not to stay and endure a dishonest partner.

The lady, known by her Twitter handle @Toksyk27, used social media to share her experience in marriage that later ended in divorce.

She claimed that if their marriage hadn’t been interrupted by their family, she would have left her husband two weeks into the union.

She said finally found the strength to leave her husband after enduring him for ten months.

She went on to encourage women against having to stay and endure adultery and abuse in their marriages.

It would have been two weeks

In her words;

“As a woman who left her cheating husband ten months into our marriage EYE am here to tell women you DON’T have to stay and endure. It would have been two weeks if not for family ‘intervening’. But I carry ZERO SHAME for enacting consequences to HIS ACTIONS,” she tweeted on Sunday, May 21, 2023.

“Will never forget waking up and realising my life was a bad Nollywood film. Thankful for the privilege and strength I had to make the choice to leave rather than stay and endure.”

“Still looking for the script writer who will bring my story to life so I can make some coins from the pain I lived through.”

Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady residing in the United Kingdom has shared valuable advice for newlyweds who are planning to relocate abroad.

In a viral video, the young lady strongly recommended that couples who do not have children yet should delay starting a family until after they have successfully made the move.

She emphasized the importance of prioritizing the relocation process without the added responsibility of children. The woman encouraged couples who have plans to move to the UK within the next one to two years to resist any external pressure to have children before achieving their relocation goals.
