Nigerian lady finds US dollars in okrika bag, promises to refund original owner

A lucky Nigerian lady has found wads of US dollars notes in a secondhand bag (fondly called Okrika) she bought.

Interestingly, instead of being elated at the $82 she just found, the ex-reality star is desperately searching for the first owner of the bag.

Asked how she intends to find the owner, she revealed that his name is written on the bag and that she has been searching for him.

One netizen urged her to donate the money to a foundation that supports individuals in owning a laptop, but she declined.  

Although the story happened in 2019, the ex-BBNaija star, Lucy Edet, said she’s desperately searching for the first owner of the travelling backpack so she could refund the person.

“Guys I’m in awe!!!!!! Just bought this bag and got home..Look what I found. If I find the legit first owner, I can send back the money,” she said.

Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady shared a video of a car she received from her boyfriend as a Christmas gift.

The video was in response to a troll who said she was unexcited about the iPhone her man previously got for her.

This was because, in the previous video, she didn’t smile or jubilate as she bought an iPhone.
