A Nigerian woman was dragged to public court after it was discovered that she scammed her husband of N1.3 million.
In the video, the man narrated that his wife advised him to get a visa to go to a foreign country.
He obliged and began to make plans to get a visa.

His wife got him to begin his visa processing with her sister whom she claimed was into getting visas for people.
They requested N1.3 million in total for the entire process.
She duped her husband of N1.3 million
He stated that he made a first payment of N500,000 to begin the process and his sister in law began to request for documents.
At a point, he paid the balance of N800,000 and was requested to bring a bank statement for posting.
He claimed that the bank statement he had was unsuitable as there was no money in the account.
His sister in law insisted that he submit it as they knew what they were doing.
On the day of the interview, he got to the office hours before opening time in order to be attended to quickly.

He however did not check his file only to find that the file documents were not his.

Lady scammed of N9.7 million after paying for UK work visa
Meanwhile, a Nigerian lady paid an enormous amount of 10,000 pounds (about N9.7 million) to get a job in the UK only to realize that she had fallen victim to a cruel visa fraud.
This information was revealed as part of an investigative report published by Sky News.
The victim, whose identity has been kept confidential, had been saving for years to fulfill her dream of relocating to the UK to live and work.
