- He recalled the sequence of events that had taken place between them, describing how he had prepared her for the role she had to play in order to prevent the top Nollywood actors and actresses who were involved in the film from being put off by her inexperience.

A well-known Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi clarifies his relationship with Bimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, in the wake of allegations that he received $+x for roles.
He voiced his annoyance at being unfairly judged about his disagreements with Mo Bimpe, whom he claimed to have mentored.
Yomi claims that they initially met in 2016, just before he began filming his movie. He gave Bimpe, a member of the youth corps, a role after she exhibited interest in acting at that time.

Yomi Fabiyi finally clarifies his relationship with Mo Bimpe
He recalled their interactions, including how he helped her prepare for the role she performed so that her inexperience wouldn’t dissuade the top Nollywood actors and actresses who were involved in the film from auditioning.
Yomi insisted on numerous occasions that he and Mo Bimpe had no s3xual relationship and that he had only taught her the skills necessary to work in Nollywood.
He continued by saying that after the assignment was completed on the filming location, Mo Bimpe bid farewell and left with an actor other than Yomi who had brought her.
Yomi Fabiyi added that he had never seen Mo Bimpe before she contacted him in 2019 for her own movie. He later learned, to his dismay, that she had gathered up his entire crew for the film behind his back.
He declared that he never demanded s+x for roles and claimed that the actress sought to ruin his reputation by using him to get famous.
