A Nigerian doctor shared a story of a pregnant woman who refused a life-saving operation that cost the young mother her child and womb for life.
The doctor identified as Doctor Penking on Twitter said the woman had birthing complications and was advised to undergo a Caesarean section.
The woman refused and shared two reasons why. The first was that it was not allowed in her family. The second was that her pastor promised she would deliver like the ‘Hebrew’ women.

Unfortunately, her decision cost her her first child and her womb for life.
Sharing the story on Twitter, Doctor Penking gave the full story and the procedure. He emphasised that people ought to stop demonizing CS as it was a life-saving procedure. He wrote:
“Stop demonizing CS. It is a life-saving procedure and nothing is wrong with it. For all pastors who keep making women lose their children by telling them lies, God will ask you on your dying bed.”
“CS does not make you less of a woman. Having CS doesn’t mean you are a weakling. Having CS doesn’t make you inferior. Stop demonizing CS.”

Abosede Olatundu reacted: “I was used as a case by my pastor’s wife during a seminar just because I had CS. I nearly cried in church that day, but deep down I give glory to God for sparing my life and that of my baby.”
Asuquo Sunday noted: “Really sad! Proud to say that my wife and I had our 3 children through CS. Wonderful children and a beautiful, healthy wife all thanks to God through CS.”

Meanwhile, a pregnant lady’s message to her unsuspecting boyfriend caused a frenzy online. She broke his heart in the most unlikely way and netizens went wild.
In a screenshot shared by @Manmilk2 on Twitter, the lady shared with her boyfriend that she missed her period.
The boyfriend, in a show of support, accepted to take responsibility for the pregnancy. However, he was in for a rude awakening.
