Veteran HR leader, CoachEnife hosts young Nigerian talents during hangout session

A renowned Human Resources leader, CoachEnife, hosted a group of young Nigerian talents to a hangout session on Saturday, Dec 3rd.

Young Human resource managers during the fun-filled meeting with Mrs Enife Atobiloye, popularly known as CoachEnife, had the opportunity to interact with her and glean from her experience and expertise.

The event had entrepreneur, and prolific HR thought leader, Mr Usen Udoh as a special guest. He brought his wealth of experience into play as he proffered answers to the numerous questions asked by young participants during the Q&A session.

HRIP cohorts president, Mr Tunde Faniyan, told our correspondent that this year’s edition of the hangout was more of bonding, having fun, and catching up with each other.

He added that he was looking forward to other opportunities to network and interact with brilliant minds.

Veteran HR leader, CoachEnife, while speaking on the effect of “japa” on organisations, advised young Nigerians to be watchful and prayerful before relocating abroad in search of greener pastures.

CoachEnife is the managing partner of Human Leadership Resources (HLR), focused on raising and building quality leaders capable of driving positive transformation in diverse industries in Nigeria and worldwide.

A vision she had many years back metamorphosised into what is now called the Human Resources Immersion Program in 2022, a program for young Nigerians in HR and aspiring HR professionals.

Over the last couple of years, about four cohorts (about 1,000 persons) have completed the course and received their certificate of participation after undergoing robust training.

Quality speakers and resource persons from Lagos Business school and other international organisations usually take participants through the different aspects of HR during the training program.

Applications for cohort 5 is ongoing, and interested applicants can register here.
