The Twitter user took to the popular micro-blogging platform to sound the alarm regarding a notorious phone thief who had been active in the vicinity of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB) for an extended period of over two years.
According to the concerned individual, known as @Mahmoud_Damisi on Twitter, the audacious thief managed to evade capture despite numerous attempts over the past couple of years.

What set this particular thief apart was his unique modus operandi. Rather than conforming to the typical pattern of theft, he developed a distinctive approach.
Upon stealing a phone, he would patiently await the owner’s call and then proceeded to shift the conversation to Telegram for negotiation purposes.
Only after reaching an agreement with the victim did he designate a specific location where the phone can be retrieved.
To substantiate the claims made, Mahmoud shared several screenshots displaying the conversations between the thief and some of his unfortunate victims. This was how the vigilant citizen exposed a brazen phone thief.
