In her latest book, “I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,” the actress also revealed that she doesn’t know who her biological father is because her mother has refused to reveal his identity.

The actress’s revelation has strained her relationship with her mother, and they are currently not on speaking terms.

Yvonne Nelson expressed her sadness during Father’s Day, as it served as a reminder of her complex family situation.
