A Nigerian woman has caused a heated debate following her innocent question about what is right or wrong when it comes to bride price.
Taking to a Facebook group, Godly Marriage and Relationship Counseling, the lady identified as Gladys Nwankwo asked the members a question.
She enquired if it was right for a woman to have s3xual intercourse with her soon-to-be husband if he has paid her bride price.

“Please is it right to have s3x with a guy that have pay my bride price but have not wed?” she asked.
In response to her question, a man, Elegantcrest David said, “Since both of you planned to do a church wedding I will advise you to wait so that you don’t defile your bed. Both of you can hasten d date of the wedding to avoid fornication.”
However, many social media users argued that there was nothing like fornication as one of them stated, “which fornication, as long as the man has paid, nothing is fornication there.”
While some continued to advise her to not deny her husband his right, others argued that as long as she was a Christian, she has to wait till they do their wedding.

According to reports, the groom and the bride’s family attended the marriage introduction event with joyous smiles on their faces with the belief that it was going to be like that till the end.
