A Nigerian lady has shared her ordeals about house-hunting in the city of Abuja.
The pretty lady identified as Precious Ubani in a TikTok video shared how she found a one-room apartment around Jabi, Abuja with a rental value of N1m per annum.
In the video, she showed the bad road that leads to the apartment, littered with all manner of dirt.
Also, on getting to the house she found it has a long staircase she would have to climb before entering her apartment.
Precious Ubani appears to be frustrated but promised to update her followers on her house-hunting experience.
Reaction: Getting a House in Abuja is not Easy
Many netizens in the comments section shared their thoughts on the video. One @Jessica_byankss said, “You were patient, I would have turned back from the beginning of the road. The house no bad sha but the road never.”

Meanwhile, a woman identified as Princess Helen Abang was remanded in Suleja Custodial Centre for falsifying property documents.
Helen Abang falsified ownership of a two-story building with six units of three-bedroom flats.
Reports revealed she was remanded by Hon. Justice K.N. Ogbonnaya of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Zuba.
