Nollywood actress Lolade Okusanya has revealed that her mum approved of her playing an erotica role in Toyin Abraham’s new movie ‘Ijakumo’.
During an appearance on TVC’s program, “Your View,” the talented actress explained that she had shared pictures of strippers with her mother and siblings, informing them of her upcoming role in the movie.
Okusanya emphasized that during the filming, she fully immersed herself in the role and was focused on portraying the character, rather than herself.

Prior to accepting the role, she took into consideration the opinions of her family, who held great importance in her life.
She shared strippers’ videos with her mother, sister, brother, and other significant individuals, informing them that such scenes would be seen in the movie.
Although there might be potential backlash on social media, Okusanya found solace in the fact that the people who mattered the most to her were supportive and understanding.
