A Nigerian man identified as GehGeh shared the importance of investing in lands after he showed his profit.
In a TikTok video that was posted by the man, he shared how he made a profit of N680k from land he sold.
GehGeh who preaches about the importance of investing in lands rather than renting one’s house out, or saving up in banks shared how he got to the whooping sum.

According to him, he bought a parcel of land sometime in 2022 for a sum of N320k, however after a year and three months, he sold it for N1 million, profiting N680k.
“Instead of building a house, buy land, your house no dey appreciate, na the land dey appreciate,” he said.

In other news, a woman reminded people of the importance of investing as she shared how she plough money into a land that is now valued 9x the price.
A young Nigerian man, @festussamuel068, duelled a video on TikTok of a woman revealing that a piece of land she bought for N1.5m is now sold for N90m.
According to her, she got the land when it was not developed 15 years ago and had to clear the weeds herself because it was a farmland.
