Amidst the ongoing social media battle with her ex-husband, Tonto revealed that her ex-husband tricked her into marriage.
The reason for this claim, she said, was because she was richer than her ex-husband, Churchill, so he married her for the money.
Judging from the video she made public, it is clear that the issue between Tonto and Churchill is more complicated than was imagined.

In order for people to stop criticizing her and attempt to put themselves in her position, Tonto had to make a decision.
The famous actress was pressured to go into great detail about everything that happened between her and her ex-husband.
In an interview, Tonto explained how Churchill tricked her into being married to him. She said:
“These are documents in which I requested that this man repay me the money I spent on marrying him. My friend’s boyfriend paid for the room we slept in on our wedding night. Another man paid for the room we made love in on our wedding night. These are all the documents to show that Olakunle Churchill was married with a woman’s money.”

Meanwhile, a Nigerian Catholic Priest, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Ehioma also known as Fada Mentor, advised singles to not be fooled by relationships they see on social media.
The clergyman took to Facebook on Sunday, February 12, to warn people. He said that most couples they admire on social media are not what they portray to be in reality.
“If they install hidden cameras in the homes of some couple you admire on social media, some of you may not marry again,” he said.
